Attached to the owner's property where a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. In close proximity to the Jurassic Coast, the nearby coast paths offer outstanding views. Exmouth is approximately 1 mile away and offers a 2 mile long sandy beach which is perfect for those wishing to swim or relax. Topsham, Budleigh and Sidmouth, all offering quaint shops and eating places, are close by. Other facilities nearby include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club, riding, fishing and more. The beautiful Exe Estuary, so popular with bird-watchers and walkers, is close by with it's fabulous views. Stunning boat trips are available as far as Topsham and occasionally as far as Exeter Quay. The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: with zip-and-link bed made up as a twin, or king-size on request. Bathroom: with electric shower over the bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with flatscreen SkyTV with integral DVD. The dining area enjoys views over the garden. Kitchen: with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room: separate laundry room with washer/dryer and outside drying area. Outside: private patio and lawn area with garden furniture (not gated so please supervise pets). Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating (winter surcharge of £15 per week applies months October to April inclusive) and is payable directly to the owners) and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: beach and shops 1 mile (good, frequent bus service from the end of the road), pubs and convenience shop walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.

The popular seaside resort of Exmouth, in south eastern Devon, has long been a favourite with visitors seeking a sandy beach and sunny weather in the South West. Situated near to Cockwood, Lympstone, Dawlish Warren, Woodbury, Dawlish, and Budleigh Salterton Exmouth is one of more than three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The nearest main city is Exeter which has population of over 100,000 and a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas.
Exmouth itself has much to offer the visitor. Extensive golden sands run along its seafront. The harbour at one end has daily boat trips, and there are a number of parks and amusements for children. The town is easily reached via road or rail and offers extensive accommodation with a good range of hotels and self catering.
